If you find a lower published rate within 24 hours of booking your stay with us, just submit a Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) claim via email, providing the travel agency or other website offering the competing rate along with your reservation confirmation number.

Our team will check and verify your claim within 48 hours and will match any lower available room rate, provided that it is published and offered for the same dates, number of guests and type of room. Claimants must have a confirmed booking made via aquavistahotels.com in order to proceed with a claim.

BRG Terms and Conditions

The BRG does not apply to taxes, gratuities or any additional charges or fees at the AVH hotel members. In the event that the competing rate is in a different currency, AVH reserves the right to deny a claim where the Competing Rate appears lower if it deems that the difference between the rates is due to different currency exchange rates used by the two rate providers. The Best Rate Guarantee applies to a competing rate with rate limitations that are substantially similar to those of the rate that can be booked on aquavistahotels.com. Such limitations include prepayment, deposit requirements as well as cancellation and flexibility policies. The BRG does not apply to packaged rates.
