The mascot of Mykonos is a pelican named Petros! He was found by a fisherman after a storm and became the man’s companion. After his great loss he decided to replace him and now it is like a local tradition to have pelicans in Mykonos wonder around in the waterfront so when on holiday don’t forget to take a picture with Petros the pelican!
